Your fitness journey begins with a friendly video call where you'll meet your coach. This introductory session allows your coach to understand your fitness goals, review any specific needs, such as available equipment or prior injuries, and set the foundation for your personalized program.

Receive a customized workout plan every Sunday with exercises for the week. These workouts will challenge you while prioritizing safety and tracking progress, ensuring every session brings you one step closer to your fitness goals.



03. Workout anytime, anywhere

Enjoy the flexibility of completing your workouts whenever and wherever you prefer. Your coach will check in daily, offering motivation, celebrating your successes, and providing the support you need to stay on track with your fitness objectives.

Brent Shelley is a devoted husband and father of two with a passion for fitness. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Morehead State University, Brent's expertise was cultivated through hands-on experiences during college and post-grad.


Throughout his career, Brent has always maintained a strong commitment to personalized care and results-driven training. These values compelled him to extend his reach and impact. Thus, inspiring him to open Simply Fitness Coaching. Brent resides in Lexington, KY but proudly serves clients across the entire United States.
